Great doctor helped me alot

Dr. Lyn-Boswell is very attentive, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I simply adore her.

Went for UTI issue. EXCELLENT BED SIDE MATTER! So down to earth and detailed. I absolutely adore her and her nurse - Sabrina. Sabrina is very caring and extremely attentive!. I thank God I found these two awesome women!!!

ANYTHING but helpful!! The last 2 times that I needed a simple prescription refill, it was a nightmare. NO CONTACT, NO RESPONSE. Last time, I used the patient portal, sent a couple of messages. I also called; left messages. I finally had to go to the office. Today, the same. I completed the request on the patient portal on December 23rd. No response. I called today, December 26th, and left a message. Again, NO CONTACT, NO RESPONSE. I went to the office. While it is true that I missed my last appt due to lost insurance, I believed a one month refill could be called in as a courtesy, so as to allow me time to get the insurance resolved. I was told that Dr. Boswell was off and they could not refill my prescription, even though I have been on it for years and it is not the kind of medication you just stop taking. I asked why no one had responded to the portal. Was told, "There are other ways to contact us besides the portal." I had left a message too. Now I have to go to ER

I went down to the office in person. I was told that Dr. Boswell was off and they could not refill my prescription, even though I have been on it for years and it is not the kind of medication you just stop taking. I asked why no one had responded to the patient portal request, and I was told, "Well... there are OTHER ways to contact us, besides the patient portal." I said that I had also called and left a message. No explanations, other than, "Well, we just got back from Christmas." Apparently, no other doctor is on call for Dr. Boswell, so no one can call in a refill for me, EVEN THO I asked in advance and got no response. I was told basically that I would have to go Church Health or the ER in order to get my REGULAR medicine that I have taken for YEARS. And no one could be bothered to tell me that back on the 23rd?? Or in response to my phone call?? This is TERRIBLE customer service! Not to mention the harm that may come from suddenly quitting the medicine! DO NOT go here if you expect to get any help!

Terrible experience. I waited one hour int he clinic and still no answer when the doctor can see me. They overbook with patients. They do not care patients. No apology. I have to find another doctor after I have been waiting for this doctor for three days while I was badly ill. If you do not want to be treated like a little xxx, do not book with this doctor.
