Dr Mitchell-Springer is an excellent listener. She is also very thorough in presenting the patients options to remedy whatever problem they are having. I saw this dr several times over the past 5 years. With her help I exhausted all options to deal with my problem and then ended up having surgery. I am very pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend her to my family and friends without hesitation.

Dr. Carol has been the "female doc" for the women in my family for going on 15 years. She is extremely competent, remembers little details, is wonderfully empathetic and caring and listens to your concerns and questions. The only thing I would change is the office she practices in. I've never been a fan of Alaska Women's Health Services, but I love Dr. Carol!
