I’ve worked in the medical field for quite some time now and have experienced nearly all environments of it and it can be pretty rough being on the employee or patient side of healthcare. I’m saying this to say we’re all human , some days will be better than others and no one is perfect . Give respect , get respect. Simple. Whether I come in pleasant or just plain miserable due to my current medical issues, the staff handles me in the most professional way. My Illness is very new to me and is hard to cope with but each time I call the office with questions , they show compassion, concern and a have a sense of urgency each time . When i call to speak with nurse Mia she acts very quickly and is serious about her job , if she’s unavailable she always calls back in a timely manner. When I come in the office I get a warm greeting from the receptionist at check in , she’s an angel (I can’t believe I hadn’t got any of their names , but she has locs along with the triage nurse who always checks me in who is always professional with beautiful bedside manners). The ladies in lab are a breath of fresh air. They know how to build a rapport with their patients to ease our minds of whatever we may have going on and make us feel more comfortable or less nervous, let me not forget they can be comedians too and I can always appreciate a good laugh. When I check out, the cute little receptionist is always offering words of comfort and concern. The staff alone will win your heart . As for Dr Brown .. pure efficiency, professionalism, thorough and knowledgeable. It’s literally impossible to leave his office with unclear instructions on plan of treatment or education on whatever you have going on. To potential patients reading my review right now, doing research in hopes of finding a new doctors office ..please “treat yo self” and schedule an appt. You deserve excellent treatment and they deliver it.

Dr. Charles Brown has been my internal medicine doctor for over 15 years now. He is easy to talk to and is genuinely concerned with his patient healthcare. He is also a very thorough doctor doing everything possible to ensure that you get the best healthcare. He doesn't rush in and out, but takes time to talk to you about your medical problems. I will continue to trust Dr. Brown for my healthcare needs.

This is the worst doctor’s office The staff are very rude. Nurse Robinson is very rude and unprofessional

It is impossible to speak to a live person in this office. There is a 24/7 auto response message but no one answers after the appropriate dept. selected. The doctor is good but the business organization setup is very poor. The office manager's voice mail is always full. It's Very likely I will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Brown’s wife, ANDREA, who works with him, is extremely racist and foul mouthed. She’s absolutely evil. She was very hateful to me, and I witnessed her mistreating an elderly patient. She is hateful toward white people.

Dr brown is an amazing blessing to staff and patients. He is now located at 1251 wesley dr ste 100 in memphis for those of his old patients that have been looking to be seen by this wonderful physician

I was a patient of this wonderful doctor, but I was ran off by his screaming, cussing, wife over the phone about my missed appointment. She then told me I was banned from ever coming back. Omg, I have never in my life experienced anything like it. Wherever Dr Brown went, I hope he got rid of his monster of a wife because she will for sure ruin that business too.

I worked for Dr Brown for 10 years and his wife Andrea was a nightmare. She was the most rude hateful person I ever met in my life. I loved Dr Bown but she was just awful and of course being his wife she did and said anything she wanted. She Probably ran him out of business

I'm also wondering where Dr. Brown went as well..no warning or communication get another doctor or nothing

Dr Brown abruptly left his practice in Southaven ND with no explanation. He was a great Dr. What happened?
