The nurse and doctor both were very nice and communicative. Dr Woodall knew exactly what I needed and listened to all of my concerns. I am very appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have seen Dr Charles Woodall a few times at the Whitten and Cordova locations and never have I ever been disappointed!!! He is always welcoming with an excellent bedside manner, and overall just makes your whole visit a great interaction.

I have been seeing Dr. Charles Woodall for 32 years ( he delivered my first child) he is a very caring & kind doctor. I have followed him to every ofc he has been too & will continue too as long as he is practicing ( Which I hope is a very long time ☺) His office staff are ALL very nice, polite & easy to get along with. They have never been anything but nice & respectful to me. On a scale of 1-10 this office & Dr. Woodall get a 20!!

Office that people just don't care 🤔

I find Dr. Woodall to be very good physician and genuinely nice guy. I have a long list of issues however with how the Winchester office runs which I've detailed in another review.

First off, this is a review of my office experiences and not about Dr. Woodall himself whom I find to be very good physician and genuinely nice guy. I have a long list of issues with how the Winchester office runs. 1) In two and half years I have never, not once, had to wait less than an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen. 2) They almost never return phone calls. What good is having a nurses line, or scheduling desk voicemail when they consistently don't return the calls? 3) They have people calling with test results that can't pronounce what they're reading and have no clue what it is they're talking about. Have a question and they'll refer you to the nurses line to leave a message. 4) I got sick over the weekend a few weeks ago so I called for appointment starting at around 8:00am (they open at 7:45). No answer. I repeated this every 25-30 minutes until around 10:30 when I just gave up and decided I'd have to just go to the office to make an appointment. I ended up walking out and going to an urgent care. 5) In late August I was having issues and wanted to be referred to a cardiologist. I called and was transferred to the nurse's line and left a message. I was never called back. 6) They have a central call center that asks what you need and transfers you accordingly. Recently, the line tends to hang up. Call back, explain what happened, and I get transferred to the wrong desk (voicemail that is). Call back again and pitch a fit and I finally get to the voicemail I need... ...to not get a return call after more than 24 hours. 7) I am currently waiting for a follow up procedure that requires a pre-approval (see #3 above). Five days have passed and they still have even submitted the paperwork to my insurance company for review. FIVE DAYS lost. No pre-approval, as far as I know they haven't even made an appointment pending the authorization. I called yesterday and left a message. Guess what? No return call. Yes I'm frustrated. I need to find a new doctor's office. As I said in the beginning the doctor is great, if he moved to different office I would follow him there. The problem here is a horribly inefficient and/or mismanaged office.

Saw Dr Woodall twice for a foot injury. At the first appointment he never asked about the pain I was in. The only person on staff who cared I was in pain was the x-ray tech. He was very brusque and only touched the injury briefly, never asking how it felt. On a follow-up I was the only one to mention the pain. He wouldn't listen that the injury was getting worse and did not x-ray the correct location of the pain. Very dissatisfied.

THIS ENTIRE PRACTICE IS AWFUL AND RUDE !! THE WAIT IS CRAZY LONG AND THE STAFF WORRY TOO MUCH ABOUT JOKING WITH COWORKERS THAN WORKING

I began visiting this group in 1997. The initial doctor was Dr. Lee McCallum, who is absolutely the worst physician in my experience. I then began seeing Dr. Givens. He is knowledgeable and believes in customer care. I had an urgency to see Dr. Givens, but he was out that day so I agreed to see the Nurse Pract. During the visit, we focused more on my severe pain, but I forgot to tell her about my chest pains. I asked the assistant that returned to the room if I could see her. She had left for the day. I was then told that Dr. Melanie Woodall said that i shouldnt have forgot to tell the nurse prat. and refused to see me. She insisted that I go to the ER. I requested to see Dr. Charles Woodall, backed up his wife, refusing to see me and insisting that I go to the ER. I felt aweful.

I actually had over a five year relationship with the group. Received a letter stating not to come back to the doctor's office after a disagreement with a nurse that relayed an unethical message. The letter was signed by Charles Woodall. I come to this office faithfully twice a year. Needed a maintenance prescription filled and was refused bc I didnt come back in 6 weeks to have some blood drawn to check iron. The prescription was unrelated to this task and one that I have been having filled for over three years. It appears the office is running a money racket. Plus the office doesnt do their part to follow up with the third party procedures they order.
