List of Charles R Wallace Md's Reviews
I did online with the Dr. not sure what these other complaints were about.. he chatted with me. Was quick and to the point as I like it and want it to be. I’m not online with doctors to get attn. or try to keep them on for hours with a sob story.. I just wanted a quick response and solution. The Doctor did all of that. I had absolutely no issues with him whatsoever! He was awesome for me.. people need to remember.. he is a doctor and he’s extremely busy, you’re not the only patient he’s dealing with throughout the day..
Extremely rude. Used Live Health Online to get a simple prescription filled, and when I asked for it, he wasted my time by asking me why I didn’t go to my PCP. Told me I shouldn’t be calling him to get this filled as if I called him specifically and woke him in the middle of the night. Keep in mind these doctors voluntarily put themselves on call for potential online patients, so they’re waiting for patients to request to be seen. I used the online method so I wouldn’t have to go to my PCP, yet he must think he’s superior to them as if online is for emergencies only.. He should be lucky to receive even one cent of my money. By far the worst physician I’ve ever met. How do you make such a bad impression within the first 30 seconds of meeting a pt? Said he was teaching me a life lesson, but I didn’t come to him for life lessons. Guess the lesson is don’t waste your time with unprofessional doctors online
My company has a program called TeleHealth, where you can have virtual visits with a physician. Dr. Wallace was assigned as my physician. I had severe cold/flu like symptoms. I was very excited about the option to “Skype” with a doctor through the TeleHealth Program. However, my excitement quickly ceased within 30 seconds of meeting Dr. Wallace. He lacks “bedside manner”, he is very rude, cut me off while I was talking. There was no welcome, he did not smile, no or overview the process from him. The call did not last 60 seconds, before I realized that he is arrogant, short tempered, and he was not listening to me. I cut the call short quickly deciding that I have options. My physicians office was opening at 8:00 AM, as well as the Retail Clinics, and Urgent Card Center’s. I absolutely will not pay my hard earned money to have someone cut me off and be rude for absolutely no reason. I would not recommend anyone go to this physician.
My experience was terrible and exactly like others. He was very condescending and basically told me to wait another 5 days. Terrible!
I'm still confused on exactly what's wrong with me ...he always seems to be in a rush and I'm always seen at least 3 or 4 hrs after my appointment time
Dr, Wallace further supports the confidence I have lost in much of the medical community. At the beginning of our conversation his attitude was condescending. The 9 minutes he spent with me seemed to be too long for him. Even though I have had a temperature for two days, pain in my ear, head congestion, and a yellowish discharge. ( Even Dr, Google knows there is an infection,) Dr. Wallace stated “you may have the onset of a possible sinus infection.” He would not prescribe an antibiotic.
Dr Wallace wanted to do an X-ray on my 4 months old daughter with no particular, concrete reason. We were there for some follow up because her foot had some extra mobility after the birth, but has been fine since, so it was supposed to be a regular check up. I was shocked by the idea to do X-ray of the pelvic area/hips with no reason. Watch out people, I don't know the reason, maybe they wanted to charge insurance for the x-ray or whatever, but don't let them do X-rays on babies! At the end he didn't wanted to look at the babies foot.
My six year old daughter had a bilateral fracture on her elbows and required surgery. Luckily, we had never been in a situation where one of our children needed to be put under anesthesia and we were understandably very nervous and the team at children's had wonderful bedside manner and put our mind at ease. I will forever be grateful for the standard of care we received from Dr. Wallace and appreciate how sweet he was with our little girl when she was in such a vulnerable and painful situation. We love Rady's Children Hospital!!
Dr. Wallace was a unexpected surprise given the fact that I was to referred to him through insurance. What an amazing find! He has superior medical knowledge,is extremely human and treated my children with such an amazing gift of humor, drawings, and ease. I will always insist that my children be treated by him from here on in. I love Dr Wallace!
he is a great doctor to see for people who has something wrong with ur hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
