List of Christine Mroz's Reviews
She's very rude and unprofessional. She left my breast looking very disfigured after my breast surgery. She was not gentle during my biopsy. I'm not happy with her at all. After your surgery or any testing she hands you a bill. I have insurance that covered the whole surgery. She claims she gives her patients bills just in case there insurance doesn't pay. Usually a doctor send the bill to your insurance company. If the insurance company doesn't cover the whole bill then you"ll receive something in the mail. Dr. Mroz is worried about money not about her patients. She sent my lab results to a research lab in California and not to a local facility that does regular testing. She did not give me a copy of my films as I requested. Some of her staff is nice. Her lab tech is very rude.
Dr. Mroz listened intently to my concerns. She conducted a thorough exam explaining as she went what she was looking for and why I might be experiencing pain described. Her questions were clear and she was patient with me through my fear and stammering. I was rattled going into this appointment and after ultrasounds, etc left feeling relieved. dr. Mroz is the epitome of what I would hope for in all my specialists....great listener, encouraged questions, replied respectfully, conducted thorough exams .extremely well educated and answered in a way I could understand. I'm grateful to her and would recommend her, and this breast health clinic, to anyone. The follow ups were brief, clear and to the point.
I have been going to Dr. Mroz for a number of years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My mother died of breast cancer. I trust her. They always do a mammogram and Dr. Mroz herself does an ultrasound at the bedside. She is very thorough and unhurried. She will answer all questions. If you have to wait for her, she always apologizes (usually because she has just had to tell a patient they have cancer - I would want her to spend time with me too and I don't mind waiting). She is VERY personable.
I loved this doctor! She did an ultra sound, biopsy, and removed the abnormal places on the first visit. Dr. Mroz called me within 24 hours to give me the results. When you are so worried, you should never had to wait and worry about results. I HIGHLY rec this office and Dr. Mroz! What a blessing I found her!
Bedside manners are great. Very professional.
Dr. Mroz is the best. All inclusive services, seamless diagnosis to treatment. You do not have to go different places for diagnosis and treatment.
My PCP referred me to Dr. Mroz for surgical removal of a tumor. After opening my gown and seeing a deformity that I have the nurse tried to make I suppose a funny comment but it was more demeaning than anything. The nurse asked why I was there. When I told her the medical condition she said that that wasn't correct and that she'd never heard of that condition before in all her years of experience. Dr. Mroz did the same thing the nurse did as it relates to my deformity and dismissing the diagnosis that I shared with them. During the ultrasound she was rough even though I told her it was painful in the area where the tumor was. She stated before I even opened my robe "how do you expect me to remove something I can't see." (I suppose from the mammogram and ultrasound film from 6 months ago.)True enough during the ultrasound she couldn't see the tumor. After reading the report she confirmed what I'd already stated was my diagnosis but told me that since she couldn't see it, it was probably not a problem big enough to remove. She just said go back and get another mammogram and see what they say. I'm like "lady they said it was a tumor and the only way to get rid of it is through surgery which is why I'm sitting here!!"
this dr and her husband, who is the "manager" used paitent files to send political solicitation letters to.He was running for office in memphis,tn.when i was a patient of this clinic, her husband accused me of fraud, due to an insurance mix up. he was rude and unprofessional and i will never go back.when patients complained about the letters, he was rude and unapologetic. not what a drs office should be

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
