Unfortunately I wasn't as lucky as those of you who have these success stories. I had surgery to remove a callus on the ball of my foot, woke up with a damn cut on my toe, w a damn pin in it and a BIG doctor bill. I still had my same issue and worse, a decade later. My bone had been shortened , My toe nail shrinked on big toe,and months after surgery I still had the callus and the same pain prior to meeting him . I Consulted him about this matter and was told well " you are not 20 yrs old any you're not a 120lbs That's all u could say because u messed up and he knew it. I am a therapist and i could NEVER respond that way to any client. Bedside manners needs improvement in my opinion . #RUN FORREST RUN

If it was a tool possible to give a zero star rating for this business, I would, so please do not think one star is an actual reflection of any service rendered. The person working on appointments needs to check her attitude and get some customer service training. This was the most horrible experience I've had with any medical facility in the entire United States. Out the gate the lady who was making the appointment with me had a really abrupt and unsavory attitude. I didn't pay much STEED. I received several texts with appointment reminders and the address that was in the text was for 7400 US Highway 74. Come the day of my appointment, I left in plenty of time only to discover that there is two 7400 Highway 64. No paperwork was ever sent to me confirming the address. All I had was a text. I arrived at a urgent care center and when I rang up again, I had the same receptionist who said I was at the wrong location which I already knew, she gave me a ZIP Code to allegedly would bring me to the correct location of the clinic. That ZIP Code took me to a business that was in industrial area. When I rang her up again, the same receptionist had an attitude and was all up in her feelings about me being upset. At this point I had been driving 1 1/2 hours and use a quarter of a tank of gas to not even get to the appointment. The practice manager had a similar negative attitude and was more concerned that I might have been a brat to her rude and disrespectful employee. I highly recommend if you want a professional medical facility look elsewhere. I never even saw the doctor. I'm sure that he may or may not be competent, but certainly his back office staff leave a lot to be desired.

Incredibly good experience. The Dr and his staff make you feel valued as a patient. Dr Hendrix is a highly skilled surgeon. Don't bother looking for any other provider.
