The most unprofessional people I've ever met. They insisted I come up for an appointment same day due to symptoms of heart distress only to be turned away because the symptoms were similar to covid. After driving all the way up there for an appointment they insisted on I was told to just go to medpoint. Do not go here.

Stayed with him way too long...after 2 misdiagnosis events, both resultung in emergency surgeries, then was prescribed Rx that was advertised as "do not use for... (my problem). He doesnt pay attention to anything! I am done.

Workers Compensation Dr to the core. Over 2 years of testing without a single procedure being done. First visit he claimed that the bones in my right ear had been shattered. No MRI, not CT scan just his opinion. Then he claims that I had reached MMI in spite of the dizziness still existing. Told me I would have to live with the ringing in my ears, the dizziness, as well as the hearing loss for the rest of my life. Yet gave no disability rating. Extremely attuned to W/C case managers wishes.

I've always been totally satisfied with the care that Dr. Hall gives. He listens and performs the necessary tests to get to the root of the problem.

I went to see him for Vocal Varcies on my vocal chords. I feel that he is very nice man and listen to your concerns. I had a complete breakdown crying in his office, but only felt great compassion. He also appears very conservative about surgery which I did respect. On the other hand, some of his office personel , I would change. I have not had surgery yet, but will look forward to updating you on the result.

Dr. Hall and his assistants are amazing. Minimal wait time, addresses my concerns and I always feel better in no time. If allergies are an issue, please get tested and set up in an allergy regimen. I feel like a new person! No earaches, sinus or headache pain, my sore throat from drainage all gone!! Thank you for your expertise.

Dr. Hall performed my bilateral sinus surgery. I have suffered recurrent sinus and ear infections since the surgery. I am at a loss as to what to do. I do not want to have another surgery as recommended by Dr. Hall. He and his team are not the best at explaining recommended treatment options, remembering to call in prescriptions, or answering questions. I do not recommend this clinic or physician.

Absolutely by far the best ENT in Memphis. He sits and talks with you, I don't ever mind waiting on Dr. Hall because he listens to my problems and goes over them with me. He has a heart unlike most Dr's. Thank you Dr. Hall
