I would like to thank both Dr Nickele and his nurse Hanna for going above and beyond by making sure my dads surgery and post surgery went perfectly and as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Him and his office. Everyone in the office is very professional and always greet us with such kindness. Highly recommend Semmes Murphey for any brain & spine care that one may need.

Dr. Nickele is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He was the only surgeon willing to see me about a previous failed surgery. My difficult condition didn't phase him, and I am now pain free! He is friendly and thorough, answering every question with patience and understanding. His staff is possibly the nicest I've ever met. They are energetic and fun, and care about every patient. I'm always in and out quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Nickele! (Pronounced NI-kul-ee)

He fixed my neck from a very difficult situation after a previous failed surgery. He listened to every concern and adjusted his plan according to my needs. Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I am so excited to be pain free! I came in not being able to walk ,sit or sleep without a lot of pain. The test were performed quickly and I was ample to get appointments quickly. Dr. Nickele was amazing ! He was able to explain my options and help me decide treatment. He performed surgery and immediately the major pain was gone. It’s four weeks after surgery and I can walk about 3 miles a day with no pain. The entire staff was so nice and responsive to anything I needed.

Dr. Nickele was compassionate, prompt, and attentive to concerns. For such a major surgery, his presence was very calming and appreciated. I recommend Dr. Nickele to anyone with neck or back issues who wants a knowledgeable doctor with a decisive plan.

Dr. Nickele was a miracle worker for me. First off, unlike other doctors his staff is amazing. They call you back and listen to you. Heather you are amazing, and thank you for everything you did for us. Furthermore, about Dr. Nickele, he is down to earth and will talk to you with care and respect. His work ethic is top notch. Without getting into much detail, I was a complicated patient. One that a bunch of other doctors refused to see. Dr. Nickele approached my surgery with common sense and his long list of education and conquered my problems. For that I’m forever in debt to him. He a fantastic surgeon and doctor who is also a very humble guy, but he needs to understand his approach to helping people is VERY rare. It was refreshing to say the least to feel like I was truly taken care of.
