I’ve been a patient of Church Health Dental for close to 10 years now and I’m so grateful for the staff and providers. I am a Memphis Plan participant through Church Health and I’m always treated with kindness and dignity and professionalism. Even when I have follow up questions about my referral or next steps or something else I’ve never made to feel like I have a dumb question which I always my fear. I truly love Church Health.

Wonderful very nice polite staff and employees wouldnt trade this place for any other place. Love my doctor and her staff. Their Dentist also excellent especially DDS. Michael Gaither even his staff and employees.
