Love that they take walk-ins. I booked the night before via the website. Dr Bettin saw me quickly and provided the course of action needed for my ailment. Very happy with the visit.

Dr. Bettin is an awesome foot and ankle doctor! He has done two surgeries and both of them he had to calm my nerves. He told me, “even though you are the patient in the operating room you are like my family.” His nurse Karen has been super helpful in the office. She has made sure Dr. Bettin has answered all my questions. Dr. Bettin and Karen are gentle when they have to wrap your foot or examine your foot. Before Dr. Bettin does surgery he wants to use all his resources to find what is causing the problem from X-rays to CT scans. I highly recommend Dr. Bettin for your foot and ankle problems!!

My teenage son has recurrent ingrown toe nails. Dr Bettin talked to him and explained each step. We would highly recommend him!

If you want a doctor who won't answer any post op questions Bettin's your man . His nurse's idea of answering questions is to leave a voicemail with their telephone number. How helpful !

Dr. Bettin was much more personable at the Southaven office. I've seen him twice now at the medical center location where he has had a medical school student with him each time; Dr. Bettin is not as personable with those medical students in the room. I'm not sure exactly what to do with the info that he gave me today. Furthermore, he referred to me in writing with the wrong pronoun. I hope that was just a mistake....Sigh.

I had surgery last Thursday and it is Tuesday and they have not called to check on me at all. Anesthesia was rough on me. My leg is worse than before the surgery. The after surgery care sheet from the hospital said for me to call in and make an appointment 10-14 days. That seems like a long time. Even so you would think they would call and check on me. The cut on my leg is so big I cannot find anything at the normal stores big enough to cover it. Takes 3 large pads. They could work on the surgery aftercare.
