They seem to care about you more than just being a test subject. There’s literally no pressure if you’re uncomfortable. And the staff is always nice from the front desk to the nurses to administration. 😊

I had an appointment with them two months ago. I was told that I quality for the eczema study. I was told the study starts in November and they would give me a call. Two months has pass and havent heard from them. I called them and was told they will have someone to return my call. No one has called me back. I wished I read the reviews prior to dealing with them. Waste of time...

The complete staff were excellent they made sure you were comfortable and explained the whole process in full detail every visit. You also had doctors that you could call at anytime about any questions or concerns. It was overall just an at ease wonderful experience
