Not only was the doctor rude that was treating my preemie infant at Baptist Hospital NICU in 2020 (Dr. Craig Sander), but the lady accepting payments, Lisa, was extremely unprofessional and rude when I was as nice and polite as could be. I could not afford to pay my entire invoice at first (because I had over $120,000 in medicals for my son)...so she brought it upon herself to make me feel as little as possible. When I did call to pay off the remaining balance, she laughed and said it was good not to have to hear from me again. Ridiculous. (Note: The nurses at Baptist NICU were incredible, this should not reflect on them.)
