Dr Childress is awesome. But getting a pre authorization sent to my insurance is like getting teeth pulled. I've been waiting since Friday. I'm out of my medicine and they said 10 people are ahead of me. If they are that backed up they need more help.

Very poor!!! I can't get a new prescription since January. They checked my blood, no call back. I called several times, l came to clinic- it is very far from my house. They promised... but no response!!! I am living without my medicine for 5 months!!! What should l do?
