Dr. Shell, and his staff are absolutely amazing. Melinda at the front desk is helpful, patient, and has a great sense of humor that makes you immediately feel welcomed, and at ease. She guided me through everything I needed to do, and did so with patience and kindness. Brandi is hands down the best ever! His nurse is amazing too! Every staff member exceeded my expectations. They sealed the deal in my decision to chose Dr. Shell as my doctor. If you want a place to go where people care about you and look out for your best interests, and best health, go see Dr. Shell. I just called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked her about the on-line (telemedicine) consultation and she said, "Lady, I have no idea what you are talking about". I asked if this was Dr. Shell's office, thinking I may have called the wrong office, and she told me to check my attitude. WHAT! I was being seriously nice. She said, "I don't know anything about telemedicine but I've only been here a month." I asked why she told me to check my attitude and she first denied saying it then when I asked her a second time she said she was talking to someone else. Needless to say I will choose another place. They may want to re-consider who they hire to answer the phones.

I love Dr. Dan Shell and his entire crew! Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Whatever he tells you believe it, follow it, and he's going to make it happen. I am 6 days po abdominalplasty and I am in love with my results! Dr. Dan is this BEST!!

Dr.Shell is a great doctor ive been to him multiple times for keloid removal ..but the waiting period takes forever in the office ..every time I arrived for my consultation it's a 1 1/2 to 2 hrs before I'm seen in the back room but god forbid you be 20minutes late they cancel your Appt after 15 minutes and I don't like that cause it's not fair to the patient they can Atleast make it 20 ....but this is just my review on them you can always check it out and see for yourself
