I seen Dr Bulter years ago he’s very rude and disrespectful and thank God I would never have to see him again he the worsted doctor I’ve ever had he doesn’t know how to treat people and talk to you like somebody on the streets

My son saw him twice after a 3000 dollar test the 3rd appointment he was gone no notice now don,t know how to get the record he has. need to find a new doctor in this area is not easy

Came in toxic encephalopathy and the doctor was late and had spaghetti sauce all over his u inform. Didn’t even acknowledge my husband or myself of his condition he was struggling with. Just blew him off.

Rude, dismissive, incapable of listening. Does not make eye contact, talks over you, Long fingernails, hands you a two sheet list of drugs he wants you to take one after the other without any clear explanation of what they do and what his intentions are (what pharmacy or insurance is going to do that?) I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. He has the worst nurse with the most ignorant and rude attitude that I've ever experienced from a medical professional. He ordered every expensive test in the book and I mean every test (3 MRIs) and it takes months to hear back from them. He's just there to push pills down your throat and has no interest in discussing your condition. After setting up an appointment for Botox treatments (had them a year and a half before and worked wonderfully) that took months to get accomplished, his nurse said he doesn't do Botox anymore. I guess because the latest injection treatment costs twice as much. He said with the injections, Aimovig I will never have another headache. That's nothing but FALSE. When I questioned that claim he became impatient and snotty He wants you to take the most expensive new drug and grossly misrepresented what the drug can do.

All about the money apparently. He grossly misrepresented an expensive new drug in order prescribe it. Does not like to explain anything. His nurse is absolutely terrible and has broken standard practices.

Suffering with seizures for more than 25 years. Doctor after doctor (I've lived in several states) treated me like dirt. Dr. Butler listened, was so helpful, and was the only one who prescribed a med that actually worked.

Dr Butler will make you feel like you shi*.one thing he said to me that I will never forget is yaw come in here dress down knowing yaw got a whole of money. He's very rude on some of the things hevsay and will get upset when it's a medication you might not want to take. I can go on but I'm done

Dr Butler is a pretty good Dr. He's not the friendliest but he gets the job done. He didn't stop testing me until he found out the problem (small fiber nerve damage) by a skin biopsy. When the first meds gave me bad side effects he changed it just by me asking to be put on something different, no questions asked. I am looking for a new neurologist however because he is always like 1-2 hrs behind schedule and he has the worst nurse I've ever seen, Kristy. She is rude, hateful and won't do her job. I asked for pain shot to get through the appt and she told me to wait till after. I've called ahead for the shot before and she said she would send the order in for me. When I got there she was gone and no order. Butler told me I can get the shot whenever I wanted, just to call in. She never answers her phone and won't return calls. The last time I saw Butler he increased my meds, he handed her the paper for her to call it in. Last month I was there seeing another Dr and told the woman at the check in counter that it was never called in. She called Kristy right in front of me and said she said she will call it in. I had an appt with him today but had to reschedule because he was 1 1/2 hrs behind. I'm on my lasts bottle of meds with no refills and can't see him for another 3-4 months. All this because of his stupid b*tch nurse. I went off today up there, and I knew if I did get to see her I probably would have went to jail for making her eat her teeth. I was told she has been complained about a lot and I'm fixing to call there head nurse and tell her how I've been done by her. She has no business even working around people at all, let alone in the medical field.

Dr. Butler made us feel like we were wasting his time. When we asked questions, he told us to "google it". In short, he only knows prescriptions so will only discuss prescription treatment, is not willing to discuss any other types of treatments, and even stated so himself. He did not even tell us what stage of Alzheimer's our mother has. She had a hearing impairment and he did nothing to try to talk where she could hear him. He did not talk to her and instead talked about her to us, without any semblance of caring. A really terrible bedside manner. We were very upset and extremely disappointed in him. He provided us with no good answers and we left with more questions than we arrived. He is a glorified pez dispenser. We took her to the Pat Summit clinic for a real diagnosis and follow-up care.
