I was referred to dr Engle by my lifelong obgyn. He was so caring and gave me all the options to treat my cancer. I decided to have a hysterectomy. The surgery went great and Dr Engel was with me before and after surgery. The nurses at the hospital spoke highly of him, and that made me feel better. We think all the cancer was contained in the uterus. I have follow up visits, and he continues to be caring and informative. I would recommend dr Engle to everyone ❤️

Dr Engle was my physician and he was truly instrumental in finding the right regimen of Chemo to combat my tumors. His dedication to his work is exemplary. Thanks for working with me and God Bless you and your family.

I have never had a doctor that seemed to care less about his patients! He says one thing and does another, forgets to call in medication, doesn't LISTEN to me, and sent me to a doctor 2hirs away for a surgery that the doctor doesn't even do. I am beyond sick of dealing with the horrible treatment I've gotten from this man!

Feel like a number not a person when I visited him. Seemed more interested in entertaining the doctor that was following him or the nurse practitioner that follows him and kept looking at his watch! Very rude. Won’t let me speak and talks over me . Says one thing at appointment and then completely something different which confuses me. Told me my test was ok but I’d never had the test!!

Dr Engle went above and beyond, has excellent bedside manner, spends all time needed to answers all question to where I could understand, very patient, staff is exceptional, Dr Engle and staff are friendly, supportive and extremely helpful! EXCELLENT ONCOLOGIST!

Dr. Engle is the very best. The first impression on meeting him was amazing. He is friendly and you can tell he cares & I truly believe he was called to this Profession. He answered every question, sometimes twice. He explained everything in detail to where the common person could understand him. I know he thought I was crazy as I ask for a DVD of the operation but hey I find it interesting to watch surgeries. He removed a mass & all scar tissue. And after a year (at least) of telling other Drs. I was blacking out well it's been 47 days since my surgery and NO blackouts anymore. No more constant pain. I had to drive 100 miles one way to see him but it is truly worth every mile. I just wish I had found him sooner. And now that he has saved me from the pain I will never have to see him again and that makes me sad because he is so great. I am telling everyone if you live around Jackson or Savannah do not waste your time there go for the BEST CARING GYN there is. Dr. E.

Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly skilled robotic surgeon, who is often recommended for complex procedures. Goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable with procedures and that they are well informed. I have utmost trust in Dr. Engle.

He has treated me for at least 5 years! He is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor! I am sorry to see him leave Huntsville however he is leaving for a good reason! I wish him well in his new location in Memphis!!!!

Dr. David Engle is an excellent doctor. He took the time to talk about options for my care and prepare me for surgery. His nurse made sure I had all my paperwork ready for my procedure at the hospital. After the surgery, he explained exactly what had been done to my husband and what would be needed for aftercare. He is very caring and attentive to his patient
