Dr. Weber is a great doctor with a great staff. No more uncomfortable rides to the doctor on a stretcher or waiting for transportation. The best care in the world and all in the comfort of my home. I love Housecall Family Medicine!

He is a food diagnostician for the patient with Alzheimer’s, excellent doctor-patient relationship. Treats patient with respect and dignity. Explains medications and situation to family members and caregivers.

Dr. English is a very knowledgeable physician with great bedside manner. His office staff on the other hand have chips on their shoulders. My sister and I share the responsibility of the care of our grandmother. We take turns housing her at each other's homes. We will typically switch every 3 to 4 months. Their always seems to be confusion as to which location she it at. Apparently, it really throws off the scheduling even though are homes are within 10 minutes of each other. Despite repeated attempts to let them know which home she is at, it becomes a very stressful situation for the office staff. Do not expect to be treated with respect, do not expect anyone to answer to phone. Your better off sending an e-mail in order to get a response. Do not expect the office staff to give you a 1-4 hour time frame. At best you will be lucky to have them give you a day he might be able to show up. We have even had Dr. English show up unannounced two times. One of the office staff explained to me that they are mobile, they don't work like other Drs. offices....like really well no kidding. We have had plenty of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses able to manage a schedule and a time frame, so I really don't see the problem. I'm sure you would agree that we all have other obligations, so a little common curtesy is not too much to ask.

I never received a phone call, text message, or email. You would think that with all of today's modes of communication one might actually give a care. I've taken my review from 3 stars to 2.
