Quick and fast appointment. Friendly services and great customer services from scheduler to receptionist. Unable to see Dr. Lan due to he was 30-45 minutes behind schedule. At that point I wish someone would've had the foresight to call me (and I'm sure others) and re-schedule. I was 30 minutes early to the appointment and waited about an hour total so about 30 minutes into my appointment time. I never saw the physicians due to I had to leave or I would be late for another appointment. When calling to reschedule I was not able to find a live person to help me at this clinic or NEA Baptist since they kept referring me back to the clinic phone number where no one ever answered. I did get a call back from them at a later time but had already made up my mind to find another provider.

For two years, I was in constant AFIB because of uncontrolled high blood pressure and sleep apnea. My previous doctor was trying to use prescription medicines to get me back into sinus rhythm. Cardioversion only lasted two days. I was so short of breath, I was not living, only existing. Yes, I was a slow learner, but I have learned. Did major heart repair for my wife. This is a very good doctor. Did one procedure on me probably will need another. Yes I would recommend Dr. Lan to my Family and Friends.

Friendly staff and doctors that listen. Dr Lan performed a procedure on me and it was successful. His nurse was kind and let me call her whenever needed to calm my nerves about the procedure before I had it done. They are thorough and care about your heart. I would definitely recommend and I have!
