My daughter is in Georgia and has only maybe 3 ok days at Davita since May 2018. The shortage of staff has caused the staff to treat the patients like an assembly line. Get them in and get them out and being very careless during the treatment sessions.

I would never recommend DaVita @ Jensen Dr. in Houston, Texas. By reading some of the reviews I see there a lot of issues at DaVita nationwide and nothing being done about it!! That’s why my mom going to a new dialysis clinic and it’s not DaVita. I’m very pleased with the new dialysis clinic. Corporate need to read the reviews and make changes before their a law sue against DaVita

I certainly do not recommend the one in El Dorado AR. The staff there don’t truly care about the patients’ well being. They joke around and play like children. They are there to help people!

the staff at Waterton, in Tyler, TX, are the best!! my only gripe is the furniture. it sux! also the tv has very limited channel selection

Seriously frustrated with the late dialysis service at Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. My Mom is there because she broke her hip. They bring the wrong solution, are late or take forever to disconnect her. Tomorrow early she is suppose to receive a medical transport to a rehab center near her home @ 8AM it is 9:57PM as I write this & no one has been to her room from DaVita to initiate the dialysis process. What is wrong with this system. Ridiculous that they are under staffed & not giving excellent patient care. This is a life or death situation. You guys are the worst! No wonder my Mom normally does her procedure at hm while she sleeps!!
