Dean A Klug Md's Online Review Report Card

First, Dr. Klug is a very kind man with years of experience, and he seems to spend a gracious amount of time with his patients. Unfortunately, that could not make up for the care that I generally felt was lacking or unprofessional after multiple experiences. Advocating for your child here is NOT easy. If I questioned why something was being done/prescribed or wanted to ask about potential alternatives for my child, it was often received defensively. If I raised concerns, they were often dismissed as normal toddler issues. It got to a point where I was scared to ask questions. His x-ray staff was always abrasive and rushed with my toddler, and his nurses were often rude and bothered about questions, especially on the phone. I rarely received details unless I asked. I totally get the other positive reviews but his kindness (and the very sweet front desk!) can't make up for the "old school" mentality of how a physician interacts with their patients.

I was a little afraid before I decided to have my Deviated Septum done. I am better than I ever was in my entire life. I will say that Dr. Klug is the FAR MOST the AMAZING Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and honest with you! He will walk you through every step of the way! If you are having any issues with your Ear, Nose and Throat and of course SNORING, he is the BEST Doctor to go and see!!!!! I put my TRUST with him!!!!!!

Dr Dean Klug is a very caring Ear, nose and throat specialist. He listens and has a great personality. He takes excellent care of his patients and if you need a referral he makes sure you get a caring, surgeon like Dr. Milner and his excellent staff .

Appointment was rescheduled twice on the same day with only few hours from the appointment time. Second time was due to a mistake the person who scheduled the appointment did. They could not make any accommodations as it was their fault and the fact that this was the second time they were rescheduling and the time frame in which they “caught” the mistake. Don’t imagine what other mess they will do once you become a patient. If you don’t want to waste your time with them, do your self a favor and find another ENT facility.

Not sure how good Dr. klung is as his office has rescheduled my appointment twice. My first appointment was at 10am and I got a call the same day at 8 to reschedule as the doctor was going to be out the rest of the week. They reschedule for the following week. Appointment was at 3pm and I received a call at 1:20 pm to reschedule because the lady who scheduled my appointment made a mistake and scheduled on a day where there are no audiologist available. Really? This is an ENT office!!! The lady tried to work with the other location to see if they could accommodate me but NO! The nurse offered for me to leave a VM? She didn’t even offered to talk to me. Just to leave a VM for what? For her to call me back in 2 days or not to call back at all? To reschedule an appointment? This is just awful!

Dr Dean Klug is an excellent ENT physician because Dr Klug is a superb person. Dr Klug is knowledgeable about all aspects of otolaryngology and is a well qualified, adept surgeon. But what really makes Dr Klug a top physician is his care for and manner with his patients. Dr Klug spends enough time with each patient and explains all steps in a kind and caring manner. Dr Klug goes above and beyond what would make him just a great ENT and instead makes himself also a great person.

Dr. Klug did my teenager’s T&A and turbinate reduction. She’s terrified of needles and most doctors, but she totally trusted him, and he didn’t let us down. He was calm, easy going and caring managing to put her at ease. All went very well, and we came home the same day. No more tonsil stones, and she can breathe through her nose! Love this doctor.

Dr. Klug was nice, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He really lessened my fears for my 1 year old to have surgery.

Sinus infections for years and Dr. Klug done my sinus surgery 3 years ago. I wish I would have done it 20 years earlier. Dr. Klug is the best doctor I’ve had in my 63 years. Ann Moffat and the rest of the staff is great also
