My visits are always nice-warming-and pleasant. Dr. Hightower engages in conversations regarding health-family and your likes and dislikes and how she can help make like better for the patient. A doctor that calls after hours--- oh my what a nice house call.

Dr. Hightower has been my PCP for 15 years. The thing that I love the most about her is that she’s a God fearing woman. She will be honest with you about all aspects of your health(mental & physical)because she genuinely cares for her patients. If you’re looking for a caring & thorough physician, Dr. Hightower is a GREAT choice!!!!!

Dr.Denise Hightower. I think she's an excellent Dr. She listen to you. She also prays with you. Which I think very important. And she shows concern. My pressure is high and trys her very best to get it down. I love her spirit. Thank you Dr.Hightower. May GOD continue to Bless you.

By far the worst primary care provider I have ever had the displeasure of working with! I have a chronic condition that is life threatening and a patient’s primary point of contact is their primary care doctor. Well Dr Hightower doesn’t follow up on results she receives from other doctors nor does she follow up on her own! I had to wait for a 3 month follow up to get abnormal results from her from my annual physical. When my specialist received abnormal results outside their scope and refer me back to her, I can never get an appointment…I don’t even believe she reads the information! When you call her staff about concerns neither she nor they returns your phone call. On top of all of that you wait in her office, some times up to two hours past your appointment time! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS!!!

I was a patient of Dr Hightower for about 10 years. She made an appointment for me to a ultrasound in Nov 2020. It took me from Nov. To Jan to get my results. Poor front desk work. And she ask me to call to get them. I felt I had a right to know if I was alright or not. But the way Dr Hightower talked to me over the phone I will never step back in her office ever again. The day I went to sign a medical release of my information to another doctor office the receptionist hands me a envelope with my results after I done went off. She need to get her front desk in order.

Do not waste your time going to this doctor! She does not follow up with abnormal results in a timely manner, she does not read or follow thru with abnormal results from specialists when the results fall outside of their scope and neither she nor her staff returns phone calls to address concerns! Worst primary care doctor I have ever had!

She is by far the worst primary care doctor I have ever had! She does not follow up with abnormal results in a timely manner, she does not follow through with abnormal results received from specialist and I don’t believe she even reads the reports that are sent to her! It’s hard to get an appointment and the wait times in the clinic are just ridiculous…you can expect to still be waiting in the lobby ...

Long wait but, she is a very good doctor. She breaks your diagnosis down to were you understand.

Dr Hightower has been my pcp for 20yrs. She is caring and professional. She will evaluate every complaint. My sister is a pt of Dr Hightower. r Hightower staff is professional and pleasant. I have referred famiy, friends and co worker to Dr Hightower.
