So I know I need to get control of health. Was prescribed medication. I felt like a zombie and couldn't drive to work or function. It was the medication. Then another medication wasnt wasn't covered under my insurance. It was for all and a new medication. ..... um nope. I called and told them I felt drunk could you out me on the drug I had 4 years ago, the burst was nasty and they thought I had a stroke. No stroke, no pain. Nothing . Nope it was the medication. No one is listening and the nurses are rude. Unfortunately I have to find another doctor. Seeing these comments about not being able to get in touch is accurate.
Dr Patel is the best doctor around. He took care of my late husband. He has a great bedside manner also
Very thorough with GREAT bedside manners
Very professional and courteous staff. This practice is thorough and Dr. Patel is terrific.
Very good doctor
Love Dr. Patel-frustrated and disgusted with his nurse, Denise. Dr. Patel has prescribed two different blood pressure meds for me. Neither is covered by my insurance and I explained this to them when I was prescribed meds. They told me I could get samples. I usually dont deal with Denise for samples but two weeks ago after I left a message for samples she called and told me she wd leave a discount card for the meds at desk. She KNOWS,or should know, these cards cannot be used by people on medicare. I explained this to her again and reminded her I had filled out paperwork to have meds sent to that office thru drug company plan. She seemed to not listen to anything I said. Kept telling me to call the drug company they shd have sent to ME. Then she told me I needed to talk to Dr. Patel about generic meds that I could afford. She agreed to leave 2 wks samples at desk and indicated she wd call drug comp. Fast forward 2 weeks...same problem. I have three days of meds left and she tells me I should probably call the drug company. She does not know what is going on with my meds.I feel certain they are not going to speak to me about this. Talks down to you like you are an idiot! Also asked for appt with Dr. Patel- not addressed. It is impossible to get hold of anyone to get an appointment or listen. So frustrated.
Dr.Patel is extremely intelligent, and well-educated and knowledgeable in his field. When it comes to treating heart disease he is highly competent, competitive in his fight against the disease, and compassionate with his patients. Wonderful physician.
DR PATEL IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR . The disappointing review has nothing to do with his excellent service. This review is due to his Nurse Denise Todd RN. She called me regarding my father's medication. She had all the wrong information that identified him, she was calling over new medication. My father is already on 19 medications. I explained to her that I wanted to make sure she wasn't confusing my father with another patient because none of the information she was stating identified him. She brushed my concerns off and continue with her unprofessional tone. I never give reviews but this nurse's behavior was disgusting and lack common decency.
Great doctor and great staff
GREAT !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
