Wife came in for hair loss and was in and out in 5 mins with Donohue only telling my wife to see her pcp and have them check her vitamin D. Did not help her at all. Looked at her and said it female patter hair loss. And talked about her struggle with it. Does not care about her patients, well atleast not the African American ones.

My whole family has seen Dr. Donohue for 20+ years. Never a wait, always sweet and friendly. usually only has to look at something to tell you exactly what it is. i also love that she's eager to look at anything else you may want seen no matter what you originally came in for. she's also very generous with topical samples, just an awesome place all around!

Made an appointment for skin cancer check etc and got appt about a week out. Waiting room clean and comfortable. Office manager quickly got the paperwork out of the way. Dr Donahue was professional, compassionate and did a thorough job. She took time to carefully listen to my concerns , explain things clearly and at end made sure all questions were answered. A biopsy did not take long to do. I highly recommend Dr Donahue. Her ways and personality have changed my mind about doctors. I only wish she was a general practicioner as I definitely would love her to be my general md. Kindness comes to mind when I think of her.

The moment I called for a appointment I was immediately shut down due to my insurance which they accept one but not the other she did not ask could I pay out of pocket or gave other ways to pay. She talked so hard about not getting paid I couldn’t get a word in I had to loudly yell okay several time as she continued to talk About money I hung up. Money is not a issue!!!!! only called here so I could be close to home and I was seen here before . Don’t be so quick to judge without asking all information you got paid the first time I came wasn’t a issue then.
