Since July 6, 2019, Walgreens and I have been trying to get a response from Dr. Sullivan’s office for a prescription authorization. Still no response.My brother has been without this medication, since released from rehab. A prescription was sent to Walgreens but they still need verification. No response.

2 months rehab. Great therapists. Fair food but then that's not why you are. You're to get better and they work to do that.

I have been a patient with Dr Sullivan for almost 7yrs and I have always been treated with respect and kindness. My problems started just over 30yrs ago and it has been a struggle to manage my chronic pain ,especially in the last 18yrs or so. Most dr's don't want cases like mine. I'm called a "maintenance patient". He,Gale, and Brittany, have always been there for me. He's a fine Dr and I'm fortunate to be a patient of his.
