My daughter is 21 months old, went to Germantown office today because of mouth or throat pain. When she exam my daughter she said my daughter has ear wax and narrow ear . She used a ear pick to clean my daughter’s ear. But she did it violently, I saw 1 drop of blood from the ear pick. Feel pain for my daughter, she cried very badly afterwards. I asked if that will hurt my daughter or not, she said that is fine, no blood flow will come out from the ear. I am scared by her.

She is very rude on child and not professional. My daughter has a mouth pain, I took her to the Germantown office, where we see her for the first time. When she check my daughter’s ear she complained too much ear wax in her ear, and used a stick to remove the ear wax. Guess what, she did it very violently, I saw blood from the ear stick. She said it is not painful. Stupid and rude doctor, put the stick into your ear till it is bleeding, to try if it is hurt or not. I need to complain to the office tomorrow.

She hastily examine my child while ignoring my concerns about his health and ailments. She offered no testing or other remedies for my concern she just DIDNT CARE. I AM looking for another doctor
