Dr. Kerlan always listens and truly cares for me and my concerns as a patient. Regretfully billing is my biggest complaint. The hospital instructs the office to collect a payment (copay) at the end of each visit. But I have coinsurance (so my financial responsibility is only known after the insurance claim is fully processed) and I use a healthcare spending account to pay. So if I have split/partial payments it causes all sorts of issues reconciling the healthcare spending account.

Dr..Kerlan is very caring and compassionate doctor. His medical knowledge is vast, enabling him to assess and address a myriad of problems. He spends time with you and never seems to be in a rush to get you seen and out the door. He's the best!
