East Jackson Health Center's Online Review Report Card

Me and my husband get there wait over a hour after my appointment. I asked the receptionist if my husband could come back with me and i told her i need him with me i had a traumatic birthing experience with my son in march and my husband goes with me to all my appointments. So i asked the nurse and told her about my ptsd and that i have to have my husband with me. The dr would only allow it if i was getting a sonogram. Well i have other health issues and this place is called Christ community well they should just call theirselfs community health center. Just wow

I’m on high risk having problems can’t get no one to answer the phone the lady for nurse line is not in a flat out say don’t leave a message she will not call back left a message with her and main number no one will call me back if they are high risk and don’t want you seeing any other doctor or go anywhere else but to see them then they need to answer the phone or call you back in a timely matter this is unreal and I live like an hour away so it’s not like I can take off of work and go up there heck with my OB with my other kids I could at least call them and they could tell me something but not here

They have really help my daughter Chasity Roland . They are angels We need more people like them. Thank you everyoneFor the people who has gave 1 star yall just drug seekers . And I dont blame doctors for not giving drugs .its ruined peoples lifes

Very very very unprofessional I switched OBGYN office over 4 months ago and requested that my Medical records be sent over to my new doctors office they still to this day have not done it and I am 7 months pregnant Also I’ve been calling EVERY SINGLE DAY trying to get in touch with ANYONE at this point about my medical records and no one EVER EVER EVER answers from open to close You will never get an answer This is ridiculous Shut down already AFTER I GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS Extremely unprofessional

They have an attitude and dont care about you or the baby. Dont even try to call because nobody will answer the phone no matter how many times you try. I give it a couple years and this place will be shut down

High risk pregnancy and no help. I came in to get a referral and they thought I was there for a pregnancy confirmation even though I explained everything on the phone. Then I was told they cant do anything because my three miscarriages in the past 9 months were not documented. I can NOT go to the hospital with no insurance and pay thousands of dollars. If I could Id be at a better baby doctor. When all the places schedule you out three weeks there is no way to get anything documented. The most they could do was schedule me out in three weeks so come back and get a check up and go from there to get an ultrasound.

Was hurting in my adom all weekend and all they say u been alright nothing wrong Im so finding some where else

Best clinic I have been to in a long time although I was not able to see a doctor because I was awaiting the results of a test and I had to wait out in my car I was treated with compassion respect and care.at the time of my visit I was very stressed out with extremely high blood pressure because I had recently lost two very dear and close family members within a short amount of time what mpressed me not only about the professionalism of the staff was the fact that Cynthia James the doctor although I was not able to see her in person prayed for me over the phone it really touched my heart and made me cry and made me realize that there is still good people in this world thank you so much Christ community health center for being there for the people that are at the low end of the totem pole

I have the utmost respect for the service and staff . Never been treated better
