Jenny has atrocious customer service skills. I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the company can do better. Hence I won't take her rude, patronizing demeanor personally. Dr. Dalsania, thank you for your wonderful bedside manners. I want you to get paid for your services. Your billing company is harassing me. I told them to allow me to return to California and speak to my MediCal provider in person. Jenny is so negative and doubtful. Reminds me of someone that is willing to use my social security number to ruin my credit but unwilling to use it to verify my out of state insurance provider. Smh

I Needed insurance information mailed to me following cancer surgery at St Francis. This process was totally new to me and I had no idea what to ask for. I called the office and spoke to Mi-Mi. She was an absolute godsend. She was patient, kind and very helpful. She took time on the phone with me to find out what I needed and gave me several options on how I could receive the information. She. I can't say enough just how professional and knowledgeable yet sweet Mi-mi was. She made feel like she really cared about my situation and that she'd do whatever it took to help reach a resolution. And that's exactly what she did. 😀. I'm a very pleased patient/customer.
