I THINK HE IS WONDERFUL! I HAVE ARTHRITIS OF THE FINGERS AND HIS INJECTIONS WORKED. WHEN THEY STOPPED HELPING HE SENT ME TO A SPECIALIST TO HAVE THE KNUCKLES REPLACED.

Dr. Cruz was a complete waste of time. Very condescending. I’ve been an RN for over 20 years, but I didn’t let him know. I’ve been suffering from herniated and bulging disks since I gave birth to my first child. He wouldn’t listen to my history and tried telling me that my pain is coming from arthritis! A complete waste of time.

Dr. Cruz treated my herniated disk with a steroid epidural injection, which might make my pain worse, but the pain was so bad I had to go to the ER! The next day, I called to tell them what happened and asked for some pain meds, but they would not give me any saying "Dr. Cruz doesn't LIKE to give out pain medication." I was told to go back to my primary care doctor for that! My primary care doctor told me that Dr. Cruz must have "collapsed the disk!" DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR BACK PAIN!!! He stinks.

I have been seeing Dr. Cruz for 2 years for treatment of arthritic shoulders and hips. He has helped me immensely with steroid injections. This has allowed me to postpone 2 of 3 surgeries. These injections administered by my orthopedic surgeon did not give me any relief, and I was charged 10 times as much.

I normally do not like to badmouth anybody, but I must spread the word so others do not get hurt as well. Dr. Cruz from Ocala Family Medical Center was awful to my husband. My husband is the most likable guy on the face of the planet. Everyone that knows him likes him. He is quiet, mild, and very easy-going.
