Dr. Hines is the Dr. that Crossroads Hospice uses. After the death of my mother, we have been waiting for Dr. Hines to complete her death certificate for the past 6 weeks. He has filled out the death certificate incorrectly twice and his office will not return calls from the funeral home or myself. His lack of concern is astounding. Crossroads is a great organization but they need to associate themselves with a more professional doctor.
