I have been a patient for about 6 years but it’s always different people working here…very unstable.

I like the doctor but I called and they haven t signed off for my medicine. It's through Express Scripts. They have the fax to sign the paperwork but called Express Scripts and they haven t done anything. Does Dr Iloh know what goes on with his staff and if they are getting the job done efficiently. I just called back and they said he is in the middle of clinics and can't sign the papers to get my medicine delivered. He needs better receptionist because she was short and rushed you off the phone. If they were doing their job, they wouldn't have these problems and excuses. I like the doctor but he needs a more profesdional staff. This has been over 4 days and I need my medicine.

I have been seeing Dr. Iloh for a little over 1 year and he has been amazing. Many of my health issues he has gotten them stable and under control. He has the best office staff I’ve ever encountered. Ms. Tameka and Ms. Allison are the best and always giving the correct and vital information as well as keeping you up to date on appointment and medications. I recommend his services to anyone. Also keep up the good work ladies.

I have been coming to Dr. Iloh office for over 7 years now and each time I’ve come all the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The nurses are vey genitalia and polite. I have not at one time thought about changing Doctors, and the staff is half the reason why?

Tameka (front desk) always greet me with a smile everytime and Gabbie (Lab) she always make sure I'm comfortable and she always have a smile on her face. They both are some nice workers they always smiling.

My experience here has been the best, for my doctor to the nurses to the front desk workers they listen they understand and are so willing to help figure out the problems and much respect to the front desk worker Maxwell she does her best to make sure you understand anything you have any questions about first office I've felt good vibes in.
