This is, by far, the worst medical practice I have ever been to. Not only have they mistaken the dates on my prescriptions multiple times, but they never take accountability for their mistakes. On several occasions, the office manager has accused me of attempting to fill my medication on the wrong day (which is not allowed by the pharmacy anyways) when I called to have them fix the date on my prescription. If that wasn't bad enough, when I switched doctors and asked them to send my medical records, they told me they lost them. Now they refuse to see me at all. I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior displayed by this practice and especially the office manager. If you plan on making an appointment there, be sure set aside 3-5 hours of your day because that is how long you will be in their waiting room.

Dr Mak is very good as actually listening to All your concerns. Very thorough and friendly staff. Good primary care doctor!

He is very meticulous physician and he don't rush you. He see you as a patient and not number. More of quality than quantity. He didn't care the time that he spent in a parient. He is our Family Physician for the last 10 years and we don't have any intention to change our doctor as long as we live here in Memphis. GREAT DOCTOR !!

DR. Makapugayi is a very good doctor. but you cannot say that about his staff. My husband was too have a rush c-scan to find out what a lump was in the stomach cavity, this was on Thursday. Well,, this is Wednesday of the next week, no appointment and they are closed. I have called approximately 4 times and I get the same reply, we have sent the info and they will call today. They said it was at Image Center on Wplf River and per Cordel, they do not have any information on my husband.
