Dr. Ling is absolutely the most amazing, caring, and compassionate doctor EVER!!!!! I've been seeing Dr. Ling for over 10 years!!! I highly recommend him!!!!!

Dr. Frank Ling and staff are more than amazing! It’s very rare to receive both great medical care and proper bedside manners. Women’s care can be so sensitive and complex but Dr. Ling handles his patients’ care with grace and intelligence. I’ve had one of the best OBGYN experiences thanks to him and his talented medical staff.

I had a horrible experience during my recent pregnancy. I started developing high blood pressure during the last few weeks and probably should have been on medication to treat it or monitored for preeclampsia, but nothing was done. After my delivery, my blood pressure was still high, but I was sent home and was not told to monitor it. Within two days I was admitted to the hospital due to really high blood pressure and was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia. I received better treatment from the ER doctor and the on-call OB than I ever did from Dr. Ling, who wasn’t even involved in my treatment. A few weeks after i recovered, I had symptoms of a UTI and came into the office to leave a urine sample. It took over a week and me calling the office to be told I tested positive and the nurse said the test results were just sitting on his desk for days. My health issues could have been resolved with just a little more attention and awareness, but it just seemed like he didn’t care at all.

I was 1st sent 2 Dr. Ling about 20 yrs ago, w/severe female pain & bleeding, (for which I had not been PROPERLY treated for nearly a year) !!!!!!! Dr. Ling had my pain under control, as well as the bleeding within a week !!!!! He also had a DIAGNOSIS for me !!!!! So I had to have some PT, & surgery, BUT it was actually not quiet as bad as he 1st thought !!!! Fast forward to 1997 I went to him with a problem that was I thought was outside of his perview; he simply looked at me (with understanding), & we started on a plan to manage my NEW LIFE !!!!!! This is my new life, I live 24/7 with CONSTANT PAIN, however with the WONDERFUL help of Dr. Frank Ling & his assistant Paige, I am able to manage !!!!!!!!

Dr. Ling is wonderful. Takes his time to listen. Never makes you feel bad or a certain way because you are in pain & no one else cares or thinks you are just pill seeking. ********His assistant Paige on the other hand has a huge chip on her shoulder. She will wait days to return calls & that's usually after you leave too many messages. Asking her to get a refill on anything is impossible. Who knows if she ever gives him the messages because he acts like he has no idea what I'm talking about if I had an issue between monthly appointments. Paige charged me $200 for prior authorizations but never completed them then tried to recharge me at my next appointment. There is no way a 5 min automated call should cost $100 each. I know because I do them all day long. She is rude & I wish he would replace her with another one of the sweet ladies up there, wishing she would rotate upstairs or trade with another Dr. I give Dr. Ling 100 thumbs up, he is the best!

I've been a patient with Dr. Ling for years. I was referred to him from a previous gyno because he's "specialist". I've been in pain for YEARS, close to a decade. Dr. Ling is not eager to treat his patient's condition but treat symptoms and not get to the root of the actual illness. He never listened to me when I mentioned I felt like it was endometriosis and continued to prescribe meds for other illnesses he claimed I had. I've had 2 or 3 ultrasounds since I've been his patient and that's the least I should've received because I've had cysts in the past. I finally decided to see a new gyno and my endometriosis (that Dr. Ling never believed I had) has gone untreated for so long it has attached to other organs and now I need MAJOR surgery. Its so severe I couldn't get the cyst removed because the endometriosis was so dense (nothing could be seen). It has also cause my appendix to rupture. I called and told his assistant this and they never called to follow up. I'm sure he's a good Dr if you don't have serious problems but if you do I would never recommend him to anyone. Listen to your body even when a trained professional doesn't.

Every time I come to whs the staff is always friendly & welcoming they listen and make sure everything is always taken care of Dr. Ling is always amazing! Dr. Ling has always been so attentive with me. We developed a plan for my condition and he is never let me down. I would never see another doctor! He truly care about his patience and will go above and beyond to make sure you are going to live and be comfortable every time you visit his office! Sasha is amazing she goes above and beyond to help Malory always has a some on her face and so welcoming. This is by far the best doctor medical asst front desk and doctors in the South! I trust them will my life!!! Dr. Ling go above and beyond! If your looking for the best look him up at women’s health specialist

Been a patient for years. Staff is very friendly and professional. They treat the WHOLE person.

I came to Dr. Ling because of pelvic pain/IC. He has been very helpful and figured out what was wrong.

I came in today as a monthly follow up. I am currently experiencing extreme pelvic pain. We have yet to come up with long term answers for the pain.
