Frank White's Online Review Report Card

I don't know what the negative reviews are about either?! I was his patient all 3 of my pregnancies and thought he was caring and great. He even returned my call in LONDON where I unfortunately had a miscarriage. I recommended him to friends throughout the years. I continue to recommend him.

I started out at this practice seeing another doctor but started to request Dr. White. I was hesitant seeing a male doctor but his bedside manner makes you feel very comfortable and at ease making it easy to talk to him. During my pregnancy, I found out my baby had a birth defect (bilateral club feet). What I liked most about Dr. White, was that he was very calming which offset my crazy panicky personality. I would definitely recommend him and the practice. After reading some of the other comments, I was thinking they have the wrong office and doctor. I can't imagine that they would be that different from one patient to the next. The staff has always been more than professional and courteous...never rude.

I work with LOTS of OB docs from all over Chester, DE, Bucks and Mont Counties in PA, plus throughout DE, NJ and MD. I just looked up Dr. White's phone number and this site came up. I am SHOCKED to see how either hot or cold these reviews are! I can honestly say that Dr. White is among my top 3 FAVORITE docs to work with professionally, as he has always been so caring and compassionate with our clients/patients, and with our family practice whenever we need to refer or consult with him. I have always recommended him to our OB clients who are looking for a good, kind, patient and caring OB, or who are experiencing a problem pregnancy where extra compassion and thorough explanation are so important. I really don't understand how his reviews could vary so much here, as the negative ones just don't sound at all like the man we work with. (Oh, and we really miss Dr. McConnell.... he was wonderful to work with as well!)

Does not answer questions, does not seem to care. My whole pregnancy I looked up answered to ALL my questions online or through speaking to other ladies. Does not explain anything going in with my baby or me. Very boring man. I wish I never even entertained him as my physician to deliver my first child. If it was not so late, I would change doctors. I absolutely do not recommend him to ANYONE!!!

I am a pt of dr whites and i m not pleased with anything there.First off the office is very rude when i called they didnt even ask me for my insurance info just my name and the appt time.Then when i got there they still didnt i basically had to do there job for them, and they answer the phone so rude.Then when i got into the room the nurse didn't ask me why i was there or any issues i was having, i had to bring it to there attention, and she still did not seem to care. Then when the dr got in the room he asked me questions about it but didn't give me any answers that i was asking him. I honestly feel like nobody there cared at all about my concerns. I will absolutly not be returning to that office ever and do not recommened this office to anyone. I will be getting my records and finding a new dr.

I think that Dr Frank White is one of the most insensitive, rude doctors I have ever met. I came to him with severe pains and got a vaginal ultrasound. It took him (via nurse) 4 weeks to get back to me with "it was fine". I still had pain and called him EVERY DAY FOR 4 WEEKS and once I finally reached him blamed me for not being avail when he was. He said there was no reason for my pain, try changing birth control. Now I found out I have endometriosis. I think that this man either needs to retire or be re-educated on the hippocratic oath.

I have been going to Dr. White since Dr. Kleinfelter retired. He is Great! Very business like and never makes you feel uneasy. My daugher is now 18 and I am taking her to him.

I originally went to the practice for a different doc but after seeing Dr. White during one of my maternity visits, I switched to his patient. He is generally on time and he never made me feel rushed. He also was willing to hear me out and support me when I chose to have a natural birth with my second child. Many OBs do not support a mother when they make this choice but Dr. White seemed willing to support my choices as long as they were safe.

Played the "dead baby card" to scare me into an induction during which my baby went into distress. Then he went off call so my emergency c-section could be done by his partner. It's a shame too, because I found him to be an incredibly sweet man!

Dr. White is has been absolutely wonderful. I've been going to him for nearly ten years and he delivered my baby. He always takes the time to make me feel comfortable and returns phone calls promptly. I stick with the practice even though it is a drive for me, because he has been so wonderful.
