I've been looking for a Primary Care doctor. Dr. Everson was in my network and close to my home, so I decided to give him a shot. My first experience with BMG Primary Care was fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and timely. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Ms. Anita. She took care of me immediately and made sure everything was in order. Even Ms. Ronda assisted me with a few questions. No sooner had I finished my paperwork, Nurse Kalyn took me to the back to begin my checkup. She was also very friendly and profession. I told her that I was nervous about coming to this practice do to some of the bad reviews , was so satisfied with the service I had received. She laughed and said, "We hear that all the time!" Dr. Everson was a strong and knowledgeable doctor, but also down-to-Earth. He was kind and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. We both even talked about our families to each other. All-in-all, this was a wonderful experience! I did schedule an appointment, so I'm sure that had an impact on how quickly they got me in and out. I will be back for another yearly checkup when that time comes. I highly recommend Dr. Everson and BMG Primary Care Clinic.

I'm not originally from here.He never had a problem understanding me.He is a good listener.That means a lot to me. I also enjoyed working with his nurse too.

His nurse tracey needs to be more friendly you call her and she sounds like she has attitude called about my husband refills for medicine she said he has to get appt made appt called her back to see if they could give a couple of days of his medicine until apt no call im not the only one either have a friend that has had similar situation his old nurse tawana was always nice not matter how busy she was it has totally changed since he joined baptist

seems to be in a rush all the time i have been going for the same symptoms once one test done if he didn't see anything with that test he doesn't keep trying to see whats going on with you and needs to spend more time with patient

I never got to see the doctor - the staff did not make me want to wait around. They are not friendly. It took them 10 minutes to answer the phone when making a call, and when they finally answered, they put me on hold after just 15 seconds of talking to me. It appeared that Barbara was more interested in laughing to her co-workers than taking the appt (I could hear them). I called from another phone while I was on hold, and Barbara answered that one before getting me off hold. I knew that the appt. was going to go bad, and I was right!

Dr. Everson has been my family's doctor for several years. We are always pleased with services.
