This Dr. Tian was very young, arrogant, and dismissive of my concerns. He spoke rapidly in medical terminology where I could not follow what he was saying, not even looking in my direction. When I asked him to please speak slower and in terms that I could understand, he said that he was not speaking any faster than I was. I have been having elevated heart rate for three days and Piedmont Physicians Cardiology gave me an appointment with this doctor, as my regular physician was on vacation. I left there with no more information about my concerns than when I went in. A total waste of my time!

Dr. Tian has been my oncologist since 2007 when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. And as of 2021 I see him more regularly for ITP. In the 16 years I've been seeing him, he's always been nice, supportive, and has never made me feel like just some patient...but made me feel like family. The circumstances in which we met and continue to meet aren't the best, but I'm thankful I have a caring doctor to be there every step of the way.

We waited almost 2 hours past our appointment time before he saw us. We were finally called back to an exam room after an hour and a half and my phone call to the front desk of West Cancer Center. we waited another 30 minutes to see him. When he came in to see us he didn't even know why we were there even though my husband's medical records had been sent to him. He spent a lot of time with us ...

Dr. Tian communicates medical information in a caring manner. The organization of his office provides execellent care. He is a model of how a doctor should relate to the patients.
