Gerald T Dang's Online Review Report Card

I use to see Dr Alabaster who moved out of state. I have gone to Dr Dang since that happened. I have seen him for 3 six-month checkups. I could not be anything but happy with the attention he has given me. He is responsive and comprehensive. I am very pleased and would recommend him in general to anyone.

He and his staff were more than pleasant and helpful! They made the best out of a bad experience!

Went to Dr. Chauhan for years due to kidney stones, but had to swap recently due to insurance change. I've had kidney stones on and off since 3rd grade (30 years old now). I had to ask him myself for pain medicine because he wasn't going to give me anything, and now I can neither get him nor his nurse to call me back to answer questions. I will be finding a new facility ASAP.

I'm not sure if the receptionist at the Yates office is incompetent, lacks human decency or a racist but I had an awful experience at that location.

Visit this Dr. Dang, the service was great from the check in/checkout process. The procedure went over positive results. No my only problem is with the getting a refund for a deductible over payment. Leave message and spoke with someone regarding this no return call nor refund check received.

Dr Dang is very good. The member of his staff who draws blood is clueless and nasty !

Dr. Dang helped me with a bothersome health issue I've had for a number of years. He provided a great deal of information concerning my issue, was courteous for each visit and has a helpful and courteous staff. Each person's visit can vary sure but for me whenever I had an appointment I only had to wait a few minutes at a time before being seen. Ultimately I had surgery by Dr. Dang to fix my issue and that experience was good as well from the staff to the procedure. 5 stars for me.

I was referred to Dr. Dang for prostrate cancer. He did biopsy and found me positive for cancer. He explained all my options very well. I opted for a procedure not approved in this country. Dr. Dang did attend to all my post procedure care and I am very satisfied. He then successfully performed two other procedures on me. I am well satisfied with all care provided by Dr. Dang and his staff.

My husband had out-pt surgery and ended up in ICU and in hospital for almost a week. The simple procedure began at 11 am and I was not allowed to go back to recovery to see him until after 5 pm. The nurse said she was afraid to let me see him because she feared I would "get upset." That's hardly the word for it. My husband was incoherent, talking "gibberish" as if he'd had a stroke. Dr. Dang had left the building long before and I had talked with him by phone twice before seeing my husband, and Dr. Dang insisted that I could take my husband home. The nurse talked with the doctor after that and apparently persuaded him that my husband needed to be hospitalized. Later that night, I insisted that my husband be seen by a medical team at the hospital and a wonderful nurse practitioner came and did not leave our side for 3 hours and until he was admitted to ICU. His oxygen was way below acceptable levels and he ended up on dialysis for two days to clear his system of toxins. Even after admittance to the hospital, I called Dr. Dang on the phone and he stated, "This is NOT an emergency." We're lucky my husband survived.
