I had visited a surgeon last year, who ordered an ultrasound. The results came back over 70 percent blockage. This Dr. Was no longer in my network, so I was referred to Dr. Schottle. He ordered another ultrasound where the results came back the same. My first and only visit consisted of his nurse practitioner coming in and telling me everything was normal. When asked about results, he stated they came back with same blockage results, but the test didn't mean anything and there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Schottle was pleasant enough, when he stepped in momentarily to echo the practitioner's statement and said he would see me in a year. Dr. Schottle ordered another test. During the test, the provider asked what kind of issues I was having. I explained and she said make sure I discuss it with the Dr. Unfortunately, on the results call, all the lady said was everything was normal, nothing else just that the results were normal. No appointment or anything. Maybe I am crazy.

Clean and friendly environment. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Sadly, for me, it was a long wait to see the doctor without any accomplishment. The result from the radiology wasn’t ready for the doctor to discuss anything. It was a waste. I surely hope I will be contacted after the result of CT scan is received. In December 2020, after I went through the procedure at the hospital, I wasn’t called back either. I do not want to come to the conclusion that the office is not well recognized for the follow up which is the most integral part of the medical visit. After a year, I called back to find out the specifics and ready to make another yearly visit as I’d been instructed; I didn’t get a conclusive response other than I’d be called back which never happened. Very disappointing.
