Dr. Donato is very knowledgeable, she has excellent bedside manners, listens to your concerns, and provides positive feedback.

half way through the pregnancy and still haven't actually seen her. every appointment has taken at least 3 hours due to long wait times, most take 4. unless you have half you work day to waste every visit to not even see the actual doctor go somewhere else.

I would strongly advise picking another place if you are pregnant or hope to be. There is only one doctor on staff who delivers babies, Dr. Donato. She moves at a very slow pace with appointments and is not super personable. With my first child, each appointment took two to three hours. Most of that time was spent in the waiting room. With my next child, it is crucial that I go someplace else as the long wait will rob me from time spent with my baby. Everyone is kind, but I do not feel that the consistent wait times are efficient or effective.

Absolutely love Dr. Donato. Been seeing her for 15 years and had 2 children delivered by her. I would recommend her to everyone! Be aware though, the wait time for her is ridiculous and may take a couple of months to get in, but I will never see anyone else! The wait is well worth it. It's hard to find a dr that actually cares, listens and is compassionate. Hands down the best obgyn in the surrounding area!

Very knowledgeable doctor. Very compassionate and good listener. Respects the patients and their complains. Only down side is her wait time is too long. You ll spend half a day for her appointment.

I was not impressed with her at all. She was lacking in knowledge and experience in areas of health outside of her own specialty. She also "mistakenly" allowed one of her assistants, in the room at the time, to believe I had an ailment that I do not have. I will not be recommending her to anybody.

She was recommended to me and I'm not really sure why. I saw her with my third pregnancy that was twins. She was an okay doctor but not good enough to wait 3 hours in a waiting room for when you are super duper pregnant. I would get back for my ultrasound right away but would have to wait in the waiting room sometimes 2 hours and then at least 30 minutes to over an hour in the patient room. If it happened once, fine, but it happened every single time. The only reason I didn't switch doctors is because I didn't want to during a pregnancy. She also seemed to have a completely different personality when my husband was in the room and not a good change. My other complaint could also have been a very serious medical emergency. I was having irregular bleeding after my twins and she put me on a medication to help. It caused me to bleed ten times worse. One morning I had bled through 2 super tampons and the pad underneath them within 1 hour. I called and left a vm for the nurse at 9 am asking if this was something that was serious and required the ER. I called back at 10:30, told the receptionist my issue, and asked to speak to an actual person because of my concern. I was told that the nurse was on a call but I was next and she would call me soon. An hour later the nurse calls me. Doesn't even act like she knows what my voicemail said and doesn't seemed concerned with my issue. At the end of the call, I ask her again if this amount of bleeding was a concern. She said she would need to talk to Dr. Donato and call me back. So here I am, waiting for 3+ hours trying to determine if I am about to pass out and bleed out. This office does not value your time and treats you like a number and a paycheck. I do not recommend the office or the doctor.

While I was pregnant, every time I would go to the doctor I would have to wait multiple hours (expect to be there for 3-6 hours from check-in to leaving) I really like Dr. Donato and she always apologizes for the long wait but it still gets old fast. I was there the other day and it was the second time that I had less then a 30 minute wait.

Over 2 HR wait times every visit. Although thorough. Also, patient taken back before me with later appointment though not an emergency.
