I came to Dr. Ly desperate to find a successful treatment for my vertiginous migraines. After suffering with severe migraines with vertigo for two years, Dr. Ly felt it could be helpful to use a combination of trigger point injections, a nerve block, and ultimately Botox treatment. After two months of treatment, my quality of life has drastically improved. My migraines have decreased by 80% and my vertigo is lessening. I am so thankful for her wonderful staff as well. Dr. Ly showed me genuine empathy and I’ll be forever grateful for the difference her expertise and kindness have made in my life.

Dr. Ly is one of the best research neurologist's in our area. She is through and precise. She's been my husband's neurologist for years pertaining to his MS and I definitely feel she assisted in saving his life and our family with the gifts of discernment that God has blessed her to have.

I came in with horrible pain from trigeminal neuralgia that was keeping me from functioning during the day and from sleeping at night. After only two sessions with Dr. Ly, I was able to work and sleep! I even have extended periods of time where I am completely pain free after 3 weeks of constant pain. I plan to continue treatment with Dr. Ly for complete resolution of my symptoms.

Dr. Helen Ly is amazing. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very friendly and approachable. As a young adult, this practice was understanding and helpful and I will happily use them in the future.

I have been seeing Dr. Ly for 21/2 years for PHN from shingles. She has gotten my pain reduced 50% and improved my light sensitivity by 90%. She is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I could not recommend Dr. Ly any higher.

Dr. Helen Ly is the best! The staff is fantastic, and the offices are calm and comforting. It is nice to have the option for a holistic approach. Mostly, I just appreciate having a doctor that is approachable and really knows her stuff. So thankful to have her.

I have never experienced such a rude and ungrateful staff. I met with Dr. for less than 5 min for her to tell me I need an MRI and then proceeded to charge me $320.00 on top of the $179.00 I had to pay before even seeing her. They set my MRI up with an out of network provider where I would have to incur 50% of the cost. Over the course of a month I tried three times to get it changed to an in network provider, but I never received return phones call to get it changed. I would suggest others !!
