I was very satisfied with my hair products and service. Amber was very knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate.

My appointment was February 29th! I was very disappointed! I went for a consolation for my alopecia! I only left with a list of googled supplements of what my blood work showed! Be reminded I did not get my blood work from HTC. So basically she just sat down and gave me a revise of what my doctor has already told ME! I was there for 2 hours! She then ran a scanner over my scalp to tell me that there could possibly be help! She didn’t offer a sample or anything! Also just all of the supplements were a brand that she is also a representative for! This was the worst 250.00 I have ever spent in my life! Maybe my case was a little more severe than what she’s normally used to working with! But again very disappointed in the service/consultation received! I do know all the information that was given I could have googled! I have not been back! We have not spoke! Wrong client!

Let me start by saying Amber is very professional and knowledgeable! I bought her hair care line. The follicle activator was so good I just went back and bought 3 more.

My word!! Before I began my healthy hair journey with Amber my hair was falling out by the handful.
