Indurani Tejwani's Online Review Report Card

I was very scared as it was my first gyn consultation ever and Dr Tejwani made me feel comfortable . She is a sweet woman and was not in a hurry. I recommend her.

She was an amazing doctor. The greatest bed side manners ever. She was mines and my two daughters doctor as well. We will truly miss her knowledge.

October 7th 2020 I had an appointment with Dr. Tejwani at Saint Francis Medical group obgyn. I had been her patient for a while and had received my birth control through her which was depo provera. I had not gotten my depo provera shot since March 18th of that year and had made the appointment to discuss what I should expect next regarding my menstrual cycle (because I had not gotten it) and to ask advice because my boyfriend at the time (now fiancée) we’re going to begin the process of starting a family. I was 27 years old and did not expect what was to come next. Dr. Tejwani explained to me that she did not see a ring on my finger, told me that no matter what I was going to be raising a child by myself, and that undoubtedly we’d be living off welfare. I am personally traumatized by the experience and will not return to her care. I have struggled with wanting to be a mother all my life, never been pregnant, and have done everything right in those terms. I was expecting support and optimism but instead underwent a traumatic experience. I did not make this complaint at first because I suffer with depression and self doubt and could not help but think maybe she’s right. I have told many people about this experience and everyone I have spoken to has told me that she had no right to say those things and that I should file a malpractice claim. I have thought about this experience and let it upset me every day since it happened and no doubt will continue to be haunted by the cruelty I endured at the hands of Dr. Tejwani during what should be nothing but a happy and supportive period of my life.

Appt was on time..Staff was very personable...And most of all, I didn't feel like Dr. Tejwani was watching a clock and trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible. Dr. Tejwani was caring and efficient..❤

I love Dr Tejwanni , I learn something from her on every visit . I’m gonna miss her face around there.
