Dr. Furtado is a very understanding dr. He really pays attention and listens to problems you are having with your body and things you are feeling. He takes heed to your BP needs along with other things. I would absolutely recommend him hands down!

First visit after my long time Dr. retired. Dr. Furtado took sufficient time and interest. All questions were addressed. Very pleased.

Dr Furtado takes time to listen. He has good judgment seems caring. He is new for me since my Dr retired but I am very satisfied with Dr Furtado as my PCP. Asia, his nurse is very nice and helpful.

Office visit was fine. Unfortunately, I sat in the exam room for at least 45 minutes and the phlebotomist in the office who was supposed to draw my blood for the annual physical left while I was being examined by the doctor. Therefore, I had to go to the general lab and wait for about another hour to get my blood drawn. The lab staff were tired and grumpy by the time they got to me (the last group of 4 people called in). I’ve been coming here for 24 years and this was the worst experience in all those years.

First this is Paul Riggan not Charles Very disappointing with the amount of time he spent checking me out especially after being in the Emergency room the night before my appointment…. Looking for another Doctor.

Dr. Furtado was very thorough. He was professional yet personable. He took time to address my questions and was extremely attentive. As busy as he is, I never felt rushed.
