He cant even focus while you are talking to him and mostly stares at the floor. I've never felt so dismissed and bullied.

Often have to repeat yourself... Never had my charts in front of him / was unprepared for my appts. He missed a couple of my appointments altogether because he "forgot" He forgot to send in my prescription more than once and had to be reminded... And when he did he most definitely took his sweet time (hours, if not the next day) to actually call it in
