My arm was bruised badly by Samantha at the Park Ave location. When spoke with manager it was like she is experienced. I informed her that I had many shots at this location before and nothing like this had ever happened. Well to make a long story short I was asked what did I want done. Another bad experience I encountered was with Tammy the scheduler who called me on a Tuesday staying that my upcoming Sat appointment was cancelled. I informed her that I had rearranged my working schedule and she abruptly went into this almost screaming voice saying that they could not find anyone to work. This appointment was scheduled a month in advance. When I called the next day to speak with a manager over Tammy I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and this lady came back to the phone which was Tammy stating that a manager would have to call me back . As of today no call. This is very poor customer service

I receive maintenance treatment here every eight weeks and every time I have a positive experience. The nurses are precise in their treatment caring and friendly.

Wonderful people. Every single person I met and I was there 8 hours a day 5 consecutive days every month. I had plenty of time to see the bad side of Precision but I never found one. One nurse even made me her pet project and worked out a strict protocol that prevented me from getting a migraine every time I had my infusion. She did that out of the goodness of her own heart because she could see I needed help.Theyre wonderful. Im sending my mom there too.

They have very competent and friendly staff. They make you feel at home. The environment is always clean and tidy too. I feel bad not giving five stars but my philosophy is theres always room for improvement... somewhere.

I had the best time here getting seen. The nursing staff here at this location was so good to me. An I thank God for loving nurses like this in the world.
