The phones were down and I needed a prescription refilled. It had been over a year, which means you have to be seen at the office. Dr. Andrews assistant "Ms L" used her private phone to return my call, made an appoitment for me and I was seen that day! My sleep medication was waiting at the pharmacy 20 mins after leaving the office. This group is stocked with 1st class professionals.

I went to Dr Andrews as my primary care physician for a couple years. When I hurt my back, he said I need an MRI. He filled out the request, and said for me to call to schedule it. The insurance company denied it,(sop), and said the doctor needed to do a peer to peer review before they would reconsider the denial. I went into his office, (you'll never get anyone on the phone), and explained that to him. He got very upset, insisting he didn't order the MRI yet, but now felt I needed it. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to get a hold of him, so he could call the insurance company, which didn't happen. I paid for the MRI myself. 2 partially herniated discs in my lower back. The doctor didn't help me when I needed it most.Needless to say, I didn't go back. Good luck if you decide to go to him.

Very poor experience, all this guy was interested in was putting me on a CPAP machine, was not interested in what my problem was, just shove me in and out....no patient concern...would not recommend

Dr Andrews treated me for sleep apnea. He is pleasurable and takes his time. He seems to know all the big words and uses all the small ones. My life has changed for the better since his diagnosis and use of a CPAP machine.

I love Dr. Andrews, such a sweetheart and took care of must of my pregnancies and delivered one of my children, he always makes sure you have everything you need abd very kind

One of the best doctors I've seen. He was my high risk Dr at Jim Pattison out patient hospital. Excellent and knowledgeable and took his time explaining about my situation with my pregnancy. Thank you Dr Andrews for your care for your patients! Hopefully you stay here for good in BC😉
