Attempted to get my Dad as a new patient with Dr Brantley. My mother had been a patient for several years. First call said Dr Brantley would have to approve and someone would get back to me. After 3 working days I called again to find out status was told still pending and the receptionist said someone would get right back to me. I called the next day and still no information until I said can you just tell me if he is taking new patients and was told then “no he is not”a week and 3 phone calls for the Methodist managing group for Dr Brantley to state that he is not taking new patients. Poor customer service.

D Brantley is a wonderful, professional doctor. He was able to diagnose and treat a condition that had plagued me for years that other doctors missed. I am very grateful to have him as my primary care.

Dr. Brantley is a thorough, knowledgeable, wonderful, caring, thoughtful doctor. He listens, never rushes through the visit and truly cares about what you are saying and does his best to diagnosis and determine the best treatment options for you. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor. His staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm not a good patient, when I actually go my problem is usually way worse than if I'd had just went weeks before but here I am...what do we do now? Dr. Brantley is a very focused man & matter of fact at first but by my second visit spoke to me as a professional friend. Down to earth & wants to do all he can for his patients. He cares & will answer any questions that you have. He is truly a doctor that I would recommend & I dont say that about just anyone...you have to truly hit my incredible meter for me to write a good review. His whole team of folks is great, they treated me with respect & I appreciate that instead of just looking at me like someone we will get money from. I will recommend him to my friends, family & anyone who reads this. They really are great people!

Dr. Brantley is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. BTW, I don't understand how people can leave bad reviews when they can't get their bill straight - this isn't a customer service complaint center...but a review of the doctor!
