I consider Dr. Guyton a premier surgeon. I had a hip replacement in 2016 and since the year after only have 3 year follow-ups. He's very personable and caring. I've not had any issues.

Dr. Guyton did a wonderful job on my two hip replacements. He's experienced and intelligent. Some orthopedic surgeons in Memphis race through their surgeries — I was relieved that Dr. Guyton took the time needed. He's pretty bad at keeping patients waiting in the waiting room (3 hours!), but if you go in the morning instead of afternoon, the timing is much better. My life changed completely for the ...

Dr Guyton was my second opinion for severe pain in left buttock traveling to top of the left leg. Hands on exam determined it was not hip but but possible nerves from the back. Referred to Dr Rivera who ordered CT scan. Dr Guyton’s exam and referral led to the necessary procedure.

Dr. Guyton was familiar/up-to-date on my history (very refreshing) when he walked through the door. He explained everything in terms I could understand, listened to my concerns, and addressed them to my satisfaction. Dr. Guyton came highly recommended, and I was not disappointed.
