I've been seeing Dr. Rawal for many years now. He's been the best neurologist that I've ever had over the 27 years I've had seizures. Also Yvette, Malorie and the other EEG tech Ashley are very sweet people.

I worked here for 90 days ! No more no less! They are very unorganized very short staff and the Clinic manager Mattie Roan is very rude and her assistant Erica. Mattie let’s her choose what patients get to be seen what patients get pulled back and what patients get referred out! They will forever be short staffed as long as them two are there! Dr Wang only cares about the Covid numbers because he research Dr not what’s going on in his clinic his wife is all over the place with the Bussiness and the billing department makes up there own numbers for patients to pay Copays it’s a hot mess! 1 star

Dr. Wang is thoughtful, and thorough in his treatment of myself and my illness. He spends time listening to my concerns and addresses all of my needs. I would recommend him highly.

Absolutely no communication with this office or Doctor after appointment. Spent 45 minutes with very nice Doctor talking about MRI results and how he saw something in MRI that could maybe cause paralysis. After appointment I had more questions about what he told me and called office. I left message with the office to have Doctor or his nurse call me back; Called again and did the same. I was concerned. After 2 business days with no call back I wrote a message to Doctor on the Portal. After 6 business days, still no call back or answer to my message. Absolutely terrible patient service at this office. You would think after several phone calls and message I would get some kind of communication back from them...but no! Will never use this Neurologist again. They don't seem to care about their patients at all.. If you have a choice I would highly recommend another Neurologist.

When I went I knew it was something fishy about the place. The doctor barely understood English. I had been twitching and shaking, they ran test on me but told me they couldn’t find anything. Nothings wrong. I asked for my paperwork & they told me the second to last page wouldn’t print(?) which is weird because every other page did. I sensed that they were hiding something. They also told me that I could not be seen without making a payment. So I had no choice BUT TO PAY! I then receive a call saying I owe them. They took my money. I was only 18 at the time, they preyed on me being that most of their clients are elderly!

Dr.Wang is preoccupied with making money. He's not focused, and I feel he is milking medicare and medicaid.

I waited in the car while my husband was getting infusions here for 4 different day's this week! It is POURING RAIN! IT IS GOING GOOD FOR HIM!
